This website is operated under the Smoovvi brand by YUYIHANGQD INC. Throughout this site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to YUYIHANGQD INC, doing business as Smoovvi. By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Online Store Terms

You must be the age of majority in your place of residence, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to use this site. You may not use our products or services for any unlawful purpose or violate any applicable law.

2. Products and Handmade Variations

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately. Because many Smoovvi products are handmade, small variations in color, shape, texture, size, finish, packaging, or other details may occur. Screen settings and lighting may also affect how colors appear. These normal variations are not defects.

Our squishy products are sensory toys and collectibles. They are not food and must not be eaten. Product-specific age guidance, care instructions, and safety notices shown on the product page should be followed.

3. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, shipping restrictions, or incomplete customer information. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue the appropriate refund to the original payment method.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing, contact, and delivery information. Please review your order before submitting it.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and may change without notice. Applicable taxes, shipping costs, and any other charges will be displayed before you complete checkout. International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country unless stated otherwise at checkout.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are prepared in China. Our standard processing time is up to 10 business days. After dispatch, delivery to the United States usually takes approximately 5–7 business days. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, holidays, address problems, or other events outside our reasonable control.

Standard shipping is US$20 for orders below US$79. Orders of US$79 or more qualify for free standard shipping where offered at checkout. Full details are available in our Shipping Policy.

6. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Cancellation, return, replacement, and refund requests are handled according to our Refund Policy. Because our products are handmade and intended for personal sensory use, restrictions may apply after an order has entered production or shipped. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.

7. Personal Information

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy. Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services.

8. Intellectual Property

The Smoovvi name, site design, text, graphics, photographs, videos, product presentation, and other original content are owned by or licensed to YUYIHANGQD INC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the site only for personal, non-commercial purposes and may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit site content without prior written permission.

9. Third-Party Services and Links

We may use third-party services for payments, hosting, analytics, shipping, reviews, or other store functions. Third-party links are provided for convenience, and your use of external sites is subject to their own terms and policies.

10. Prohibited Uses

You may not misuse the site, introduce malicious code, interfere with security features, collect information without authorization, impersonate another person, submit false or misleading information, infringe the rights of others, or use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.

11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. YUYIHANGQD INC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products where such limitations are permitted by law. These limitations do not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without limiting mandatory rights available to consumers in their place of residence.
